Creating a bachelor pad is always fun, especially when the client has an idea of what they want (and who they are). That was the case here. For this project, I used a mix of high-low, with a cool, but budget friendly dining set from a large chain store, and then sat it across from an iconic custom Eames chair done in white leather. This is the chair that will go with my client for the rest of his life. The space is a bit preppy, yet decidedly Manhattan… youthful but sophisticated, just like my client. The gutted bath remodel seals the deal. This is a place for a young man (or woman) to start living the life they want to live.
